As a platform engineer I want ephemeral shell key material cleaned up even on startup failures in order for me to avoid leftover sensitive files.
Acceptance Criteria:
Within 5 calendar days, temp directory cleanup runs regardless of SSH startup success/failure path.
Regression test simulating repeated failed connects leaves zero keywarden-shell-* directories.
Cleanup behavior is idempotent and does not raise exceptions during disconnect.
Existing shell connect/disconnect behavior remains unchanged for successful sessions.
