As a new administrator I want guided onboarding and clear platform metrics in order for me to deploy and operate Keywarden confidently.

Acceptance Criteria:

Within 21 calendar days, onboarding flow covers first login, first server enrollment, and first access approval.
First-time setup can be completed in under 15 minutes using docs and UI only.
Dashboard shows at least: active agents, stale agents, pending requests, and failed auth events.
Weekly operations review can be generated from dashboard data without manual DB queries.
