As a platform administrator I want a dedicated operational admin dashboard separate from Django admin in order for me to manage approvals, server health, and audit workflows without relying on model-level backoffice screens.
Acceptance Criteria:
By end of sprint (14 days), a new admin-facing route (/ops) is available to staff users and inaccessible to non-staff users.
By end of sprint, /ops includes at minimum: pending access requests, server/agent health status, and recent high-severity audit events.
Within 14 days, all day-to-day admin tasks (approve/revoke access, view server status, review audit timeline) can be completed in /ops without using Django admin.
Within 14 days, Django admin is restricted to superusers only and no longer linked from user-facing navigation.
In UAT with at least 3 internal testers, at least 90% of common admin tasks are completed successfully from /ops without documentation.
