As an auditor I want agent log batches to be persisted on ingest in order for me to investigate historical server activity reliably.

Acceptance Criteria:

Within 14 days, POST /api/v1/agent/servers/{server_id}/logs persists events to durable storage instead of returning stub success.
In load test, ingesting 10,000 events results in at least 99.9% successful persistence.
In restart test, zero accepted events are lost after API process restart.
A read API can return persisted logs by server_id, time range, and event type within 500ms p95 for 7-day queries.

Replace Server Audit Placeholder With Real Data View
As a server operator I want the server audit tab to show real audit events in order for me to trace access and certificate actions per server.
