As a server operator I want the server audit tab to show real audit events in order for me to trace access and certificate actions per server.

Acceptance Criteria:

Within 10 days, servers/<id>/audit/ renders real events for that server with pagination.
Users can filter by severity and time range (last 1h, 24h, 7d, custom) by release date.
First page loads in under 2 seconds for servers with up to 5,000 events.
Access control blocks users without server audit permission with HTTP 404 or 403 consistently.
