As an administrator I want server settings to be editable from the Settings tab in order for me to manage server metadata and policy without using Django admin.

Acceptance Criteria:

Within 14 days, servers/<id>/settings/ supports editing at least display name and network identity fields with validation.
Save operation returns visible success/error feedback and writes an audit log entry.
Invalid hostname/IP input is rejected with field-level errors and no partial save.
At least 3 core settings changes are covered by automated integration tests.
